Our enhanced annual leave allowance ensures adequate time to recharge and improve colleagues work-life balance. We offer 36 days rising to 38 after 3 years' service, inclusive of Public Holidays plus 2 wellbeing days per year.

Our Wellbeing days are an important step in realising this culture. We call them Wellbeing Days because we want to facilitate everyone getting a healthy work-life balance and consciously paying attention to their wellbeing.

Our enhanced paternity, maternity and adoption pay (subject to scheme details) offers a greater balance between work and family life, allowing new parents more time to prioritise family responsibilities.

Promoting wellbeing for all colleagues helps form a positive work environment. We offer a flexible benefit allowance for all employees – 1% of eligible monthly earnings paid through payroll. The allowance can be spent on benefits of your choice (subject to scheme availability), and can either be used to cover the full cost of a benefit or range of benefits, including: Pension, Cycle to Work, Gymflex, Bupa Dental, Health Cash Plan and more. We recognise Life Assurance helps provide financial peace of mind for colleagues, safe in the knowledge that their loved ones may be more financially secure in the event of their death. We offer a benefit of three times base salary which is available to be paid to beneficiaries. All UK employees, who are actively at work and have at least 6 months’ service, will be entitled to Life Assurance.
